Relocation and Demolition


Phase 1 (ongoing until 2014)

  1. Provide 3 new NICU beds (complete)

  2. Build a new Clinical Support Building (underway)

  3. Demolish Shaughnessy A and L-wings and prepare site for the new Acute Care Centre

  4. Relocate programs to renovated space in Ambulatory Care, Shaughnessy and Clinical Support building or to leased premises off-site

  5. Provide additional space for the UBC Medical School

  6. Construct a new Child Day Care Centre
